Sandra K. Inkster Ehrich | Our Attorneys

Sandy is a native of South Sioux City, Nebraska, attended Doane College and graduated magna cum laude in 1970. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, College of Law in 1973 and joined the firm in 1975. Prior to that she served as an Associate County Judge in Dakota County, Nebraska.

Sandy has been admitted to practice law since 1973 in Nebraska and since1984 in Iowa. Her general practice includes, but is not limited to, adoption, corporation, business, elder, estate planning, real estate and wills, estates, and probate law. She is a current member of the Iowa and Nebraska State (Section of Real Estate, Probate and Trust, Elder Law, and Women and the Law) Bar Associations, as well as the Woodbury and Dakota County Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of School Board Attorneys and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council.

She served as chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association (District III) Committee on Inquiry (Ethics) in 1984 and as president of the Dakota County Bar Association in 1980. She also served as president of the 8th Judicial District Bar Association in 1982.

Sandy is an elected member of the Council for the City of South Sioux City and serves as President. She also serves on the board of directors of the South Sioux City Community Foundation and the Chamber's Positive Image Committee. She was chairman of the board of directors of the South Sioux City Area Chamber of Commerce in 1982.

Still an active member of the Quota Club of Sioux City and the South Sioux City Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, Sandy was named the Quota's Woman of the Year in 1983 and ABWA's Woman of the Year in 1977. Sandy enjoys traveling with her family which includes husband Neal, also an attorney, son Jack and stepson Dr. Thomas Ehrich and his wife, Jayati.
