Marci Iseminger was raised in Kingsley, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 1985. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1991. After practicing law with a firm in Denver for several years, Marci returned to Siouxland and joined the firm in 1999.

Marci was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1992 and in Iowa in 1999. Her general practice includes, but is not limited to, employment, subrogation, real estate foreclosure, bank collections, insurance, personal injury and trial law. She maintains memberships with the American, Iowa State (Section of Litigation) and Woodbury County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

The Supreme Court of Iowa appointed Marci to the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure for a three-year term ending June 30, 2009.

Marci graduated from the Leadership Siouxland program in 2001 and is a member of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee. She and her husband, Chad, have two young children, Riley and Delaney. Marci is a sports enthusiast and especially enjoys hockey. When she's not spending time with her family, Marci likes to garden and read.
