Dan Hartnett and Marci Iseminger Present at Siouxland SHRM Conference

Dan Hartnett and Marci Iseminger presented a seminar on the “Fair Labor Standards Act: Exempt or Non-Exempt” as part of the Siouxland Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management 2007 Human Resources Conference held on August 24, 2007.

The event was held at the Marina Inn in South Sioux City and was attended by 150 Human Resource Professionals from the states of Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska.

The presentation included an overview of the application of the Fair Labor Standards Act, exemptions to the Act, rules relating to non-exempt employees and issues relating to paying non-exempt employees.
