Darrell Jesse Presents Seminar for Public Sector Employers

Darrell Jesse presented “Discipline for Public Sector Employees in South Dakota” in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on April 18, 2008. The one-day seminar for public sector employers included review of a number of state and federal regulations as well as relevant case law to consider in determining the proper approach to any given disciplinary situation. The presentation included dealing with matters ranging from internal investigations, defining and determining “just cause”, disciplinary settlement agreements and documentation.

Mr. Jesse is a Shareholder and Partner with the Crary Huff Law Firm with offices in the tri-state area located in Dakota Dunes, SD, Sioux City, IA and South Sioux City, NE. He has been with the Crary Huff Law Firm, which currently consists of 15 attorneys, since 1994. Mr. Jesse’s general practice includes representing three South Dakota Municipalities as the City Attorney over the past 9 years.
