Jeffrey A. Johnson was raised in Paullina, Iowa. He obtained his undergraduate degree in 1988 from Iowa State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In 1991, Jeff earned is Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Jeff’s focus in law school was on taxation. While participating in the law school’s L.L.M. program, he took multiple taxation classes that were offered through that program.
Jeff is dedicated to his clients and he has a wealth of knowledge to represent both lenders and borrowers regarding the structure, negotiation and drafting of elaborate secured financing transactions. He represents businesses large and small, business owners, and investors in the forming of their entities, operation, and liquidation. Jeff has been a part of numerous real estate transactions, implementing all different types of commercial contracts, and he offers the highest level of advice on a wide array of legal matters.
The unique set of skills that Jeff offers, is an extremely great asset to the Crary Huff Law Firm and the clients he serves.
Jeff is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, State Bar of South Dakota, the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Woodbury County Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law and the Taxation Sections of the Iowa State Bar Association.
Jeff’s hobbies include training, field trailing, and hunting.
