[tab title=”Overview”]Estate planning involves the protection and distribution of your assets, both during your life and upon your death. Your estate is made up of all of your assets, including your home, car, bank accounts and personal belongings. Almost everyone has an estate, and so, estate planning is important to people of all means from all walks of life.
Our attorneys provide comprehensive legal services in estate planning and estate and trust administration. We specialize in assisting clients whose assets range from modest to complex. Whether your estate plan involves the complex management of large and varied assets, or simply easing your children’s burden after you are gone, we can help you craft an estate plan unique to your individual needs.
Oftentimes, an effective estate plan requires a multifaceted approach that includes the understanding and application of not only the law of wills and trusts, but also real estate law, corporate law and state and federal tax laws. At Crary Huff, our estate planning attorneys have dedicated their practices to these areas of law so as to most effectively serve our clients’ needs. Also, our estate planners work closely with attorneys in our corporate law and real estate sections to ensure that the client is receiving the highest level of service as to each aspect of their estate plan.[/tab]
