Our focus on client service and building strong client relationships has established our firm as trusted partner for a wide variety of real estate clients.
Our clients include developers, builders, commercial landlords, real estate investment trusts, and individuals in need of assistance with the acquisition, sale, leasing or development of real property. Our experience and expertise allows us to assist our clients with real estate matters large and small. We routinely assist clients with the acquisition and sale of developed and undeveloped properties including residential, commercial and agricultural properties. We also regularly assist residential and commercial developers with the development of the residential subdivisions and commercial centers that serve the Siouxland region. We often advise utility companies and municipalities regarding the acquisition of easements and rights-of-way. We have assisted publicly traded companies with identifying, assembling and acquiring sites for expansion and development.
